As rumored the iPhone 5C will be powered by a dual-core CPU, and will have a 4-inch screen, just like the iPhone 5, with a resolution of 640x1136 pixels.
The phone comes with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. The internal memory is 4GB but only on paper. If you thought 4 GB was too less, all you actually get is a little over 1 GB as the phone comes pre-loaded with a host of apps.
